苏杭教授“Atmospheric Science in the Anthropocene: from Air Pollution, Climate Change to the COVID-19 pandemic”报告会成功举办

622日下午4点,德国马普化学所苏杭教授在中国科大理化大楼一楼科技展厅受邀做必威最新 ,题目为“Atmospheric Science in the Anthropocene: from Air Pollution, Climate Change to the COVID-19 pandemic”,现场数十位师生同学相聚前往讨论交流。



苏杭教授给与会师生带来了一场精彩的必威最新 。首先,他从大气组分和颗粒物出发,强调了近百年来空大气成分出现了急剧的变化,并对人类和环境产生诸多影响。随后围绕空气污染与气候变化的主题,阐述了大气中PM2.5产生的化学过程,以及通过切断气态物质氧化成PM2.5过程的新污染控制方法,通过释缓冲物质来阻断污染物的生成。苏教授还从新冠疫情出发,着重讲述了口罩对颗粒物、病毒等污染物保护作用,并为大家科普了口罩防护效率和不同环境的防疫措施等相关防疫知识。在自由讨论环节,与会师生积极提问交流,反响热烈。

Areas of expertise:

Atmospheric chemistry and physics in the Earth system. Over 120 peer-reviewed journal articles including 5 hot papers (top 0.1%), 11 highly-cited papers (top 1%) and 10 publications in interdisciplinary magazines (6 in Science, 2 in Science Advances, 3 in PNAS, 1 in Nature Communications) with substantial international press coverage. The recent Science paper on COVID-19 has received an attention score of 5600 (top 0.002% among research outputs across all sources so far). Web of Knowledge: H-index = 36, 6400 citations, Google scholar: H-index = 43, 9100 citations.
